DAY CAMP- THINGS WITH WINGS!
Camp Things With Wings
Mid-July 8:30-3:00 daily
Open to those children entering grades 1-5
Join us this summer at Camp Rotary for a week “in the woods” as we study “things with wings”. Children will experience the joy of nature; swimming, hiking, exploring and investigating as we discover and uncover the secret lives of bugs and birds and the habitats in which they live. Activities include: field journaling, experiments, crafts, inventions, sports, literacy activities and just lots of fun. There is an overnight /sleep over adventure on Thursday night to allow us to explore the nighttime adventures of bugs and birds. Let your child’s imagination and creativity “take flight” and join us in July. Children with special needs welcome. Scholarships available.
This camp is made possible by The Montgomery County Community Foundation.
